The Prime Minister of Noel is the highest position in the Free Republic of Noel. They are elected every four years and can serve as many terms. The Vice Primer of Noel runs along side the PM, unless a coalition is needed. The Prime Minister can veto up to four bills in his term and can't be re-disscussed for at least one month. He also appoints the secrtaries and departments in the goverment and was apart of the Noel Parliament and now is apart of the Higher Chamber of Noel.
