The School Choice Party of Noel is a educational party for Noel. The party was created in 1991 for promotion of Education funds and higher wages for techers by William McKean a English-Noelian. The party has reached up to five seats in the Noel Parliament and is considered the progressive party of Noel due to it's very left view on social issues and economic issues.
